BOOKS
Five years ago I startet to illustrate a book from author Eva Bakos on the pleasure
of eating and drinking in and arround of Vienna (Gaumenschmaus und Seelenfreuden,
Pichler Verlag)
After other small contributions I was able to photograph two books on EC-origin-protected
food: the Nuernberger Lebkuchen and the Wachauer Marille.
With this reputation I got the comission to illustrate two books for the famous gourmet writer Wolfram Siebeck (Germany) on the Viennise Coffeehouses and the famous Heurigen.
In 1999 the same author wrote a cullinary homage on Vienna (Siebecks Wien) where we used some pictures from the Heurigen and the Coffeehousebook plus many additional pictures from first class restaurants.
In spring 2000 I photographed a cookbook with the wellknown TV-host and singer Elisabeth Engstler
